REFLECTION JOURNAL..

Each group member is required to reflect on their participation in the project in the following areas:
i) What is my individual contribution to the group project?
ii) What are the soft skills that I’ve learned from the group project?

i) I think i contributed to this project by providing the necessary resources like FA2 project, project kit, pinetree book, CAS book and laptop.. :D I also helped to complete the data entry at important points of the project like after mistakes did by my group mates. (I typed fast because I used another kind of accounting system in my part time job before.) Other then that, i helped to finalise the project and organise meetings.. :P

ii) I learnt that there must be a leader in order for things to be done. If no one takes charge, no one will bother to do things. This is why we started our project late and had minimal amount of time to complete it. Luckily we were quick and careful. 2 weeks is enough to complete the project if ALL THE LABS FOR ACCPAC IS RESERVED FOR US AT NIGHT.. At times of despair, all it takes is one to influence the rest to continue.. Being defeated is a temporary condition.. Giving up is what makes it permanent.. Perserverance is a key to our survival in the future.. Last but not least.. Failure is the first step to success.. A Champion is one who gets up even when he can't.

Day 9

Today, we came at 8am. We re-do what was wrong.. re-posted everything.. Only to realise that we made a mistake because we didn't post recurring entries.. "WALAO.. WAD A GREAT RELIEVE!" So we printed everything nicely.. finished the data entry part.. WOO!! but last min.. we realised we didnt post the A/R RECIPTS JOURNAL.. OMG.. Just when we are about to hand in.. SO.. WE RE-DO AND RE-PRINT! zZz... WASTED 500 PIECES OF PAPER.. MAY GOD FORGIVE US FOR KILLING TREES.. After 6 hours of hard work.. THE FINAL REPORT IS OUT!! Thanks to Fang Yong and Jia Ming for the theory part. :D

Day 8

Today, we completed EVERYTHING!! HAHA!! TIME TO PRINT STUFF!! however.. we were had a profit of $30k.. Which means something is wrong.. DIE!!! OMG!! SUBMISSION IS TOMORROW!!

HOW??????? Should we come tomorrow at 8am?

Day 7

Today, we completed our recurring entries.. However.. there are some doubts.. so we will continue it tomorrow.. Why isnt the lab booked for us at night?? Night classes are taking over!!

Day 6

Today, we finish our GJ entries, CPJ,CDJ. Tomorrow we will do our recurring entries and thats the end. (Remember VOID check..)

Staying till late night in school pays off..

Day 5

Today we completed AP System. Tomorrow we will finish GL and hopefully wrap things up by wed.

Today, we completed AR.

Soon, we will finish our project.

Then, we will be free!! :D
